Area 206 Curry. Ground wagyu beef, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, a house-blended spice mix, honey and cream — cooked down for six hours, then served with rice, pickles and 356° ra-yu.

Every poke bowl is finished with one of them. They also decide how hot your afternoon goes.

Temaki, one per order, rolled when you ask for it. The kitchen starts them at 4:45 in the afternoon and stops when the day does.

Crunchy, spicy chili oil made in the shop — cashew, pistachio, almond, fried onion, sesame, garlic, paprika and a shichimi blend. It finishes the curry, the seared tuna bowl and the crunchy tofu poke. Six-ounce jars sit at the counter if you want it at home.
